No. 1 Martin Place Case Study

No. 1 Martin Place, Sydney

Enabling the 150+ employees to book their parking and facilitate touchless access
Charter Hall engaged OpusPark to deliver a technology enabled solution to administer car park booking and access for their employees, as a response to COVID-19 and hybrid working.

OpusPool was deployed to enable the 150+ employees to book their parking and facilitate touchless access to No.1 Martin Place car park, based on their allocation of 50 unreserved car bays.

Working directly with Tenant, we established the business rules which underpin the booking parameters of the APP, including, user group(s) car bay quota, number of licence plates per user, advance booking window, in-APP notifications, and booking cancellation policies.

Integrating OpusPark directly with Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras enhanced the overall offering, as it provided Charter Hall with a robust end-to-end booking and touchless access solution, which is mobile internet based, rather than bluetooth.

OpusPark’s Admin Console provides Charter Hall the flexibility to self-manage their 50 bays and data-led insight into employee engagement, car bay utilisation and daily/periodic access trends.

OpusPark has streamlined car park administration, increased transparency and security over who is accessing the car park asset.
